The new Adult Skills Strategy, launched by The Guernsey Institute, outlines a clear plan to build a stronger, more inclusive workforce.It focuses on three key areas:

  • Upskilling for economic resilience
  • Improving core skills and inclusion
  • Creating clear career pathways

It also introduces the Guernsey 4+4 Framework, identifying priority sectors for growth and stability - and four major initiatives including Skills for Life, Micro-credentials, and GradRoutes to bring the strategy to life.
