Essential for plumbers/heating engineers who want to install unvented domestic hot water storage systems to comply with building regulations and technical standards.
For those undertaking the course for the first time or those whose previous certification has expired outside of the 12-month grace period to renew certification.
Course Entry
- Hold a formal craft qualification e.g. National or Scottish Vocational Qualification (NVQ/SVQ) Level 2/ 3 in heating engineering or plumbing; or
- Have a number of years’ experience in either conventional heating engineering or plumbing with evidence to support this statement; or
- Currently undertaking a course in heating engineering or plumbing which will lead to a formal qualification, such as NVQ Level 2/3 heating and ventilation or plumbing.
