This full-day programme is designed for leaders, managers, and HR professionals responsible for driving organisational change, transformation, or AI adoption.
Drawing on current research into why change initiatives stall, participants develop practical coaching skills for leading change conversations more effectively. Participants complete a live diagnostic for their own organisation and leave with a clear priority and action plan. Can be attended as a standalone programme or as part of the coaching skills series.
